Race Equity: Taking Your Strategy to the Next Level

A panel discussion hosted by Connex Partners & deepSEE Consulting

Organizational Approaches to Race Equity

June 30, 2020 | 12PM - 1:30PM EDT

Organizations are looking to take internal action after the recent murder of George Floyd and resulting upswell in calls for racial equity in our communities and organizations. But where do you start, or how do you take your existing DE&I strategy to the next level to include race equity? How do you help leaders that may have never discussed racial equity understand and respond?

Connex Partners and deepSEE Consulting welcome you to join us for our panel discussion on the stages of creating a Race Equity strategy that can be implemented at any organization. From auditing your organization to creating an executive equity council, our distinguished panel will address every aspect of building a strategy using their own personal experiences. Our panel will close with an interactive question and answer session so you leave with actionable next steps for creating your own Race Equity strategy.

This free event is open to all interested individuals. To service attendees with varied needs, we will have an ASL interpreter for the discussion.
