I would have taken marketing courses to learn how to better brand, merchandise my ideas and recommendations. Learning how to link to a business need, gap or opportunity has helped me/my team to partner and influence the business more effectively.
On a personal note, I would have worked to achieve more balance in work-career. Now, I treasure games, special events, and even ordinary moments (children turn into young adults quickly!)...Modeling this for my team/business has been powerful.
